Dr. Jana Berhow is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the District of Columbia and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia. She is also a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with additional credentials as a USA Weightlifting (USAW) coach, athlete and National Technical Official. With over 25 years of experience in behavioral health, Dr. Berhow has established herself as an expert in behaviroal healthcare system design and implementation specializing in mental health and substance use treatment.

Integrated Health Recovery Solutions was founded in 2023 as venture that seamlessly blends behavioral health and sports performance/physical health offerings. This move signifies a deliberate shift from over two decades of government work in behavioral health, showcasing Dr. Berhow's commitment to providing a comprehensive and innovative approach to wellness.
